This test measures the amount of glucose in the blood. Glucose is the primary energy source for the body’s cells and the only energy source for the brain and nervous system.

Test Requirements

Blood sample.

Preparation for Your Test

Wear a short sleeved shirt or a shirt with sleeves that roll up easily.
Do not eat or drink anything but water 12 hours prior to your test.

The cost of this test is $10.00.
