The physicians and staff at Black Hills Surgery Center and Black Hills Imaging Center are committed to providing you with quality care in a comfortable environment. Appointments can be scheduled 24 hours a day. Free transportation within the Rapid City area is available for patients.

Black Hills Surgery Center is located at 216 Anamaria Drive at the south end of Fifth Street. Black Hills Imaging Center is located at 215 Anamaria Drive. Tours of the facilities are available upon request.
